Meet Our Founder
Dave Grogan
Dave Grogan is a retired Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal, public integrity advocate, and national security thought leader with more than two decades of distinguished service. His leadership spanned critical missions, including the Federal Witness Protection Program and executive protection operations across federal, state, and international platforms.
Dave was recommended for a Presidential appointment in public safety by U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen and remains a bold voice for accountability and justice reform. He is also the author of the powerful forthcoming memoir, 'We Can't Heal What We Refuse to Name,' a raw, personal account of his journey through whistleblowing, retaliation, and resilience.
Today, Dave leads Sacred Safety with an unwavering commitment to restoring public trust, raising security standards, and mentoring the next generation of ethical protectors.
